Today in the Municipality of Stip, at noon were opened the offers from the tender for arranging the central city area. Four companies appeared on the international tender, of which one company was from Stip, one from Skopje and two from Sofia (Bulgaria).

The first offer was from the company from Skopje “Sintek” and the value was 101.241.339 denars. The second offer was from the Bulgarian company Keybuild from Sofia with a value of 98.365.910. The third offer was from the company “Beton” from Stip, with a value of 92.932.199 denars and the last offer was the one of the Trace Group Hold from Bulgaria with a value of 162.460.900 denars.

In the following 10 days will be performed evaluation of the documentations from all the companies – bidders after what will be chosen the most convenient bidder who will conclude a contract.

The tender is a part of the project for arranging of the central city area according to the loan from World Bank, which envisages building of parking-platforms in the river bed of Otinja. According to the same one, will be constructed five parking platforms, and it also is predicted lowering of the level of the river bed of Otinja which divides the city in two parts. That would enable arranging of the river bed and its urbanizing.

The first phase of the project which envisages reconstruction and renewal of the city square is going on and should be finished until the end of April this year.
