Today was opened the renovated kitchen of the clone “Pchelka” from the kinder garden “Vera Ciriviri – Trena”. The kitchen in the clone “Pchelka” is a receiving kitchen, so it does not satisfied the standardization because there was a need for its reconstruction.

The department for local economic development at the Municipality of Stip in September 2011 has applied with the project “Safer nutrition for the smallest ones” to the Embassy of the Republic of Germany in Skopje and after a month they signed a contract for renewal of the same one. With the agreement have approved 233.360.00 denars or 3.804 euros.

On today’s opening of the kitchen have attended the delegation of Embassy of Republic of Germany in Skopje leaded by the deputy Ambassador Walter Lojks, then Frank Stesell( first secretary) and Jovancho Eftimov (responsible for small projects from the Embassy).

The Mayor of Stip, Zoran Aleksov PhD, as a host was very thankful for the donation and for the successfully realized project:

- It is not about big funds, but if you see what the kitchen looked like before the renewal and how it looks like today with these funds, we will see that these are wisely spent money and that this is a success that was made with them.

Deputy Ambassador Lojks, is also pleased with the usage of the funds:

- The financial means are small but when it comes to children, this project has great results and are used in the real way. Germany is a friend of Macedonia and we remain to work together.

The project covers renovation of the kitchen which refers on the change of wall and floor tiles, refining and painting of the walls and the ceiling, renovation of the current water network and replacement of the old kitchen elements/ upper and lower/ with new ones.
